PREAMBLE

These "General Conditions of Sale" apply to legal transactions relating to the products marketed to its customers by ONLINE B TRUST within its virtual shops and other commercial platforms.

ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE

The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to define the terms and conditions on which ONLINE B TRUST proposes and sells its Products to its customers. These general conditions of sale will prevail over any other conditions contained in any other document, except prior, express and written waiver.

ARTICLE 2 - ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS

The customer acknowledges having taken note, at the time of placing of Order, of the present general conditions of sale and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between ONLINE B TRUST and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCTS

The majority of products offered by ONLINE B TRUST to its customers is immediately available. However, not all products marketed by ONLINE B TRUST are necessarily sold online and must first go through the intervention of surveyors and other architects.

ARTICLE 4 - ORDER

 Automatic registration systems are considered to be proof of the nature, content and date of the Order. ONLINE B TRUST will confirm to the customer the acceptance of his Order by sending a confirmation message to the email address that the latter will have communicated. The sale will only be concluded once the order confirmation has been sent. ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY

In the event that one or more of the Products ordered are missing or damaged, the customer or the recipient must make any reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery. ARTICLE 6 - RETRACTION

The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the ordered products to return them to ONLINE B TRUST for exchange or refund. In this case, the customer must return the new products, intact, accompanied by any accessories, user instructions and documentation to the address that we will indicate to them (all in its original packaging). You will need to contact ONLINE B TRUST before returning the products.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, "ONLINE B TRUST" undertakes to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, without expenses, with the exception of the costs of return remaining to the charge of the customer. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt of the goods at the address indicated in these GTS. 

ARTICLE 7 - PRODUCT RETURN

All products to be exchanged or refunded must be sent in their original packaging to the return address provided. Returned products must not be opened or opened (consumables) and all accessories and other notices must be in it, otherwise reimbursement will be refused.

Product testing:

ONLINE B TRUST may discard when the returned product has been tested by the purchaser beyond what is normal.

ARTICLE 7bis - REPAYMENT

Apart from an error on our part requiring a mandatory return (error of product or shipping), only the product will be refunded. However, in case of cancellation 14 days or unpacking, we will refund the entire cost of delivery within 14 working days after receipt and checking of the returned item.

In the event of a return not complying with the rules listed above, and in particular the condition of the original packaging which would be degraded, ONLINE B TRUST reserves the right to charge part of the refunds to its customer within the limit of 20% of the price of the order.

ARTICLE 8 - GUARANTEES

All products offered on the purchase platforms of ONLINE B TRUST benefit from a guarantee offer of 1 to 2 years according to their nature and the legislation in force in the country. This warranty takes effect from the date of confirmed purchase of the product.

In the event of a breakdown during the original manufacturer's warranty period, the customer must return the defective unit to his charge (according to the conditions in the owner's manual) on ONLINE B TRUST.

ARTICLE 9 - CONFIDENTIALITY and DATA PROTECTION (Data Protection Act)

When registering on one of our purchasing platforms, personal information is compulsorily collected by them. Since this information is essential for the processing and delivery of orders as well as the commercial management of the site (preparation of invoices, warranty contracts, statistics, etc.), the lack of information would lead to the invalidity of the Order .
