Shipping your package

Parcels are usually shipped within 2 to 3 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via one of the 4 carriers with a tracking number and handed against signature. Whatever the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your articles in one order. We can not combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

The carriers we choose to ship your orders depend on two parameters - shipping warehouses, product typology. We use the following carrier companies:

- Mondial Relay, delivery in relay point, according to product, delivery 72 hours.

- DpD Exapaq, delivery at home, delivery within 48 h.

- DB Schenker, home delivery, commissioning delivery within 48 hours.

The delivery of your order

Upon receipt of the Products ordered, the recipient must check the condition and contents of the package as well as the proper functioning of the goods delivered, and to be aware of the conditions of use indicated in the operating instructions provided. In the event that one or more of the Products ordered are missing or damaged, the customer or the recipient must make any reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery.

However, within 24 hours after delivery, by sending a registered letter acknowledgment to the delivery agency, the address of which can be found on your delivery note, we will be able to accept the reservations a posteriori.

Without proof of registered mail, or clear reservations, on the delivery note, we will not be able to claim transport damages from our carriers, and your claims can not be considered by the insurance of our carriers.

 If in doubt, refuse your parcel

The objectives of deliverers is to have as few incidents as possible, because their insurance in case of loss increases, just like our insurance. Their interests are therefore not the same as ours.Do not forget to check your order, do not listen to your delivery man even if he tells you he does not have time, unpack and check in your order.
