A new way of cooking has just been born, in fact, the barbecue or plancha table BBO3 by Purline, combines, efficiency and ecology.

BB03 is composed of a plancha in Fonte, which is heated by a bioethanol burner, allowing to seize its meats very quickly. This combustion makes it possible to heat very quickly up to 320 °, which is ideal for prawns, and already too much for meats (240 °).

This barbecue with bioethanol, allows to have a barbecue much more powerful than an electric plancha, it is wireless, and very practical since without having to light charcoal often painful.

The advantage of the bio-ethanol plancha is undeniable, it allows an ultra simple ignition, no wire, no smoke, and no bad taste of gas, just a bottle of bioethanol.

It therefore combines all the advantages of a plancha without the inconveniences of the other 3 methods of combustion to bring the plancha into cast iron at its maximum temperature.

Its cooking surface is 32 Cm in diameter, making it a plancha for 4 people.
